   一、    Origin:           

Since the establishment of "Fair Trade Law" and "Supervisory Regulations Governing Multi-level Sales" in 1992, direct selling firms has been operating in the proper course. In 1997, National Sun Yat-Sen University has established "Direct Selling Research Center" to aggressively convene academic to involve in the direct selling research in order to publicize the proper management concept and enhance the image of direct selling. In addition, DSRC helps to strengthen the direct selling research and improve its management quality. During Presidential Election this year, the turns of political parties forces cabinet to reshuffle. Under the transformation of political and economics environment, in the coming 21century, representative from business, government and academic should come together to communicate, discuss and interact with each other in order to allow direct selling’s marketing channels to fully utilize its function, bringing peoples happiness and building a prosperous economy.
