1. One chief officer of a direct selling company can present and has right to pronounce and  vote ; three   

    additional chief officers from the same company can present but has no rights to pronounce and vote.

    2.  Two top independent distributors appointed by a direct selling company can attend and have rights to  

        pronounce and vote; six additional distributors appointed by the direct selling companies can also attend 

        but has no right to make pronounce and vote.

    3.   Director of 3rd Division, FTC; Director of Food Sanitation Bureau, Department of Health, ROC;   

        Director of Department of Tax, Ministry of Finance; Director of SMEA, Ministry of Economic Affairs; 

        Director of Small and Medium Size Business will all attend to provide guidance.
