After the paper is accepted, the author has to present it at the designated time in order to be included in the symposium proceedings. The presenter will be invited to join a six- day trip to Beijing and Shanghai arranged by the symposium sponsor with expenses fully covered. People who are interested in submitting their papers should follow the format specified by the symposium and send the file disk along with two hard copies via registered mail to:
