The selection of “Annual Best Direct Selling Paper” is processed by first screening all the papers submitted and deciding the papers for presentation; next “Annual Best direct Selling Paper Reviewing Committee” consists of three people from direct selling firms and three professors/scholars who will select best papers from the matriculated papers. After all commissioners review all the matriculated papers, they will select first, second and third in according to their preferences, then provide the grades to the Preparatory Committee of Symposium, and allocate 3 points to the first, 2 points to the second, 1 point to the third, and 0 point to the non-nominated, and add up all the six grades. Paper with the highest grade in total is the annual best direct selling paper. Given anonymous on writers’ name and their affiliated organizations, it will establish an unbiased and objective evaluation.
